Terms & Conditions

Day Use

• Availability: Passes available at the gate upon entry.
• Hours & Access: Daylight hours only. Access to beach, picnic area, marina, general store, and restaurant.
• Restrictions: No access to camping areas.
• Fee: $3 per person (ages 11+), per day.

Season Passes

• Where to Purchase: Available at the gate.
• Rates:
  • Single Pass: $30
  • Family Pass: $60
• Note: Pass holders must stop at the gate daily for a parking pass.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

• Cabins & Houses: Check-in at 3:00 PM
• Tent, RV & Group Tent Sites: Check-in at 1:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM sharp
  • Late Check-Out Fee: One-night reservation rate
  • Cleaning/Damage Fee: Minimum $50
  • Lost Keys: $25 per key

Guest Registration & Payments

• Age Requirement: Must be 21+ with valid photo ID and credit card
• Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or cash (no checks)

Reservations

• Deposit: Covers first night only
• No-Show Policy: Reservation released at 11:00 AM the day after check-in if not arrived — no refund
• Balance Due: Upon arrival
• Confirmation: Sent via email a few days prior — verify details
• Management Rights: Site/unit number subject to change
• Date Changes: Allowed within policy limits; must be used by Oct 31 the following year
• Final Changes: Must be made by 1:00 PM the day before arrival

Rates Include:

• First 2 adults (11+) and 1 vehicle
• Extras:
  • Adults: $5/person/night
  • Additional Vehicles: $5/night
  • Boats (trailers): $5/night (must register at marina)
  • No Jet Skis
  • Lake Speed Limit: 10 mph

Policy Changes: New policies and pricing apply at check-in — no grandfathering.

Site Locations & Lock Fees

• Site Numbers: May change unless lock fee is paid
• Tents: Not allowed on RV sites, cabins, or houses
• RV Sites: 1 pop-up canopy allowed if it fits within site

Cancellation Policy

RV & Tent Sites:

• 7-day notice required for refund minus $8.50 fee
• Cancellations within 7 days forfeit deposit

Cabins & Houses:

• 14-day notice required for refund minus $8.50 fee
• Cancellations within 14 days forfeit deposit

No Refunds For:

• Early check-out, no-show, missed reservations, or weather

Modifications:

• Must be made 24 hours before arrival

Parking & Boats

• 1 vehicle included per site
• Extra vehicle: $5/day (must register)
• Parking tags required on all vehicles
• No parking on roads or outside your site
• RVs must fit entirely in site
• Only one RV per site.
• Boat Parking:
  • Not allowed on campsites
  • Must park in marina and register at Bait & Brew ($5/day)

Visitors

• Must Register: At gatehouse
• Access Requires: Site number and reservation name
• Fee: $3/person (ages 11+)
• Visiting Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Guest Responsibility: You’re responsible for your visitors

Pets

• Allowed on property, trails, and lake
• Not Allowed: On the beach
• Rules:
  • Must be leashed (per County Ordinance #5)
  • No unattended pets
  • Clean up required
  • Prohibited Breeds: Pit bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Wolves, or mixes
  • Right to Refuse: Management may deny aggressive pets

Noise & Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No Generators
• Keep music low and appropriate

Speed Limits

• Main Road: 15 mph
• Other Areas: 5 mph

Road Safety

• Family-friendly, walkable area
• Watch for pedestrians, children, and pets
• All bikes, scooters, golf carts, etc., must follow road rules
• Golf Carts:
  • Electric: Licensed driver required
  • Gas: Must be street legal
• No ATVs/OTVs

Trash & Wildlife Safety

• Use bear-proof dumpsters (top latch)
• Do not leave food or scented items unattended
• Report full dumpsters to the front gate
• Do not burn food or leave it out
• Bears:
  • Store scented items (toiletries, perfumes, food) properly — in cars or locked storage
  • If encountered, keep distance, make yourself known, never run or feed bears

Fires

• Only in provided fire rings
• Never leave unattended
• Fully extinguish before check-out
• Violation: $75 fire hazard fee

Tree Protection

• Do not:
  • Climb, cut, or decorate trees
  • Hang items like hammocks, lights, slacklines, or clotheslines

Code of Conduct

• Zero-Tolerance Policy for abuse toward staff or guests
• Includes: Verbal abuse, threats, or violence — before, during, or after your stay
• Violators will be removed with no refund
