Covid-19 Update

As it has always been, the safety and security of our camping guests and team members remains our highest priority. We have remain closed to the public for recreational and leisure based stays following state and federal mandates. At this time ALL camping and public amenities/gathering spaces will remain closed, this includes public picnic areas, beach access, showers, restrooms, laundry. We are open for essential travel and visiting emergency staff only needing temporary shelter in a self-contained RV. This essential travel/stay restriction is in place until at least May 16th. We are on track for a May 17th opening for RV’s & Cabins, Tent sites are closed until further notice. Public amenities are closed and social distancing is in practice to allow limited Day Use access to the Marina’s boat ramp only. No public amenities are opened following state mandates at this time. 
We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide communication as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. We take great pride and use all possible measures to ensure all areas at the campground are kept as clean and as possible. Stay up to date with California Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response. In response to the rolling updates on coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed by public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
  • All team members are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • We have closed our public areas (including restrooms, laundry, public picnic areas, etc.).
  • We will continue to adjust grocery items in the General Store in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
We are also encouraging our guests to follow measures spelled out by the Center for Disease Control:
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your cough method recommended by the CDC
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
